I have been cheated by the Dealer Shrinath ji motors, Ghaziabad.I have been charged approximately INR 200, 000, ( INR 149, 000/ by cash, and INR 50, 000 all together as exchange bonus for my old Maruti 800.The car given to me at this cost has only AC no power windows no heating no central locking no anti-skid breaking, no glove compartment, no cup holder and no temperature indicator, no alloy wheels or full wheel covers .
When I asked for bare minimum features such as glove compartment, I was told that this is all for the money paid. When the RC of the car came it was a 2011 November manufactured car that was delivered to me on 8th of August 2012.
I was promised Nano 2012 but was given Nov. 2011 car. If I sell this car, that I intend to because it is giving lot of trouble , the buyer will think that it is 2011 eleven model that was notorious for self burning. Many incidences had happened when company decided to overhaul the next generation of models.The car failed in its 15th kilometer, 12th kilometer at a stretch and danger indicator started blinking.The stopped car was attended b after two hours after spending almost one hour on telephoning and waiting on telephone on call to Pune call centre.
The mechanic came but cold not do to stop the blinker indicator and asked me to proceed. After 10 km the blinker stopped but the car started making noise khat khat khat khat as the engine ran.The car was taken to dealer’s service station but it was not attended for almost one hour. Innocent people if are being cheated in name of exchange car dhamaka and are given old manufactured cars and old models then one has to be careful.
I was pressurized to buy the colour I did not want papaya yellow. I was told that it will take 15 days for my desired colour to arrive, for which I was willing to wait. I was not in hurry. But then for the sake of colour Iwas given this old model a deffective model. I was cheated.
The manager of Shrinathji Motors was not available. Will Anna Hazare team also work on this grassroot level corruption?
