I am moshe I have taken Great NANO LX in the month of Jan 2011 price 2.41 Lac. immediate next month they called for the servicing(PRERANA) up to that nano is looking smart and working bit good after finishing servicing I don’t know what they have done they won’t give any response either car servicing finish or not and they will give back very unclean if I gave a call to them also them don’t response.
second exp: based on the advertisement I went my home town nearly 120 km for to bangalore that day it was heavy rain and very breezing and I am coming with 80 km/hr speed . all off sudden the car went to hit dividers and I met serious injured and I was admitted in hospital for that I spend nearly 80, 000 Rs once I recover form the bed I went and seen that vehicle it was totally fiber things . for bringing car from the accident spot to bangalore I requested to breakdown deportment they are also don’t give their numbers and need to contact continually until the person will come to the spot, after bringing the vehicle in bangalore no service centers are taking for the servicing entire day I was roaming in bangalore this is very stupid thing .
at last we find two places in bangalore one is KHT motors near to itpl road and one is peenya
I was parked my vehicle KHT motors on 23rd Aug . on the same day I was submitted all the documents whatever they required to do the process .
from that day on words they told me we have started to estimate the amount . for that they have taken 2 months of the time in mean it I was given soooo many time call and forced them to do estimation
but the answer from service station is we don’t have availability of the spare parts so we can’t do that process it will take time . if they take time also we need to pay parking charge each day 250 for first week next week they will increase so that charge also we are ready to bear
after taking 2 months of time until they released one pdf file that is estimated amount for repairing the nano that cost exactly 241960 Rs i have never expected they are going to ask this much amount
actually I paid for nano 240000 Rs but service charge comes 241960 Rs imagine is there any reason to go with NANO
for the estimation they only taken 2 months of time but now they are asking me to pay parking charge
i have purchased NANO I lost
My health(for hospital charge nearly 80, 000) and one month full bed rest because that entire parts are fiber same small accident will happen with other vehicle it may damage very less but it nano need to pay 2, 41, 000 caution on this.
and we should have to round around with service center for update .
we aim on purchasing vehicle is need to enjoy and expecting good service
in nano we can’t
