Ok Mouthshutters, its time to flood the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India(TRAI) with all of our complaints regarding the telecom cartel!
Before I share my latest bad experience regarding TATA DOCOMO, let me share with you the 1 TRAI email address I have, along with their other contact info, and hopefully it will be of use:

I urge everyone to keep Mouthshutting in order to increase consumer awareness, but also email their telecom complaints directly to TRAI, along with all relevant transaction details, since ALL telecoms arrogantly refuse to provide ACTUAL, MEANINGFUL, CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I hope that once TRAI gets overwhelmed with too many complaints from all across the country, they will have no choice but to take some degree of genuine action. If things dont improve significantly and quickly, perhaps a PIL will become necessary to purge TRAI of corruption and apathy.
Now, below is the most recent letter I emailed to TRAI, today:
A few days ago, I recharged our Photon service online for Rs. 995. It has been totally worthless ever since, as the connection has been so bloody slow that we cannot even check email.

The reason Im contacting TRAI directly and copying the mail to TataD is because TataD absolutely refuses to provide anything resembling customer service.
After a row with this company last year, I already know that any attempt to contact their so-called service department will be nothing more than a masochistic exercise in futility.
I already sent TRAI a lengthy and detailed complaint last year regarding Tatas robber baron business practices and their brazen refusal to provide anything resembling customer service.
Let me reiterate one of the points I made in that long mail: GIVING SERVICE/PRODUCTS IN EXCHANGE FOR MONEY TAKEN IS CALLED "DOING BUSINESS, " WHILE SIMPLY TAKING MONEY WITHOUT PROVIDING ANYTHING OF VALUE IN EXCHANGE IS CALLED "THEFT."
WHEN WE GAVE TATA DOCOMO 995 RUPEES THE OTHER DAY, IT WAS NOT A CwellnessextractBLE DONATION!
AGAIN, TATA DOCOMO HAS TAKEN MONEY FROM US, WITHOUT GIVING ANYTHING OF VALUE IN RETURN, WHICH MEANS THEY JUST STOLE 995 RUPEES FROM US!
AFTER GIVING THEM 995 RUPEES, I "SHOULD" BE ABLE TO USE THE INTERNET, BUT SINCE THE SO-CALLED "SERVICE" IS SO DISMALLY SLOW THAT I CANNOT EVEN CHECK EMAIL, AND AM FORCED TO BORROW THE NEIGHBORS CONNECTION, THAT MEANS I RECEIVEDNOTHING OF VALUE IN EXCHANGE FOR THAT 995 RUPEES, WHICH ONCE AGAIN MEANS THAT TATA DOCOMO IS GUILTY OF THEFT!
The competent authorities, such as TRAI, are SUPPOSED to exist for the benefit of the PEOPLE, but when only inhuman and elitist telecom cartel billionaires and their well paid sycophants are the ones benefiting, while the rest of us are robbed, cheated, tricked and exploited at every turn, then you tell me how the public can be expected to have any faith in, let alone respect for, the so-called authorities who allow such shameless corporate pillaging to occur?
Kindly do the needful so that we dont get robbed again.
At least the rowdy boy who robs a house will actually spend time in jail for his crimes. What about corporate rowdies?
Im far more furious that the money was stolen by a corporate than a poor fella. Isnt someone from a rich, 2 parent home with a college education SUPPOSED TO KNOW BETTER THAN TO STEAL FROM THE PUBLIC?
