People before buying it check out the performance of it in your area. Don’t just trust the Tata Photon sales person, check with other Tata Photon customers in your area about the service, net connectivity speed, etc.
I am from Chennai Madambakkam - 600126 pin code. The speed keeps varying, half day 2G other half day is 3G. Recent Chennai floods the service of Tata Photon was not restored even after normalcy returned. Other service providers like Airtel, BSNL and Vodafone gave connection within few days of Chennai floods.
My email and phone complaint to Tata Photon was futile as the Tata Photon call Center Executive said we can not resume service of Tata Photon for two more weeks.You decide do you need Tata Photon and suffer later.
