The service from tata photon wifi is ok was much better before .
As a customer now I have multiple options I know
I find the quality of Tata Photon has gone done has lost its brand image most of the retailers are cheats . They give us packed stuff but are old stuff repacked and as lay people you shall not be able to judge too!
Moreover, they are overcharging us by saying they are providing 4g before they offered us Rs 999 PLUS TAXES -1122 APPROX for 40 GB now they are charging for the same bandwidth for 1500 but only 10 GB .
In Delhi I found my friends mentioning that they exchange old photons with new ones for a meager 1000 rupees and you are connected to your account if you had one!
This is making fools of us customers.
God save you if your photon does not work after you have bought it .It may be the very next day or within the year .
