To my unending wonder the issue of Tata Photon has not been addressed and never shall be.
After going to the Indian Consumer Court I want to see if anyone, can endure the atrocity the sheer callousness of Tata towards it’s customers.
It is now, not about the money and the mental torture, it is about justice. I got a tata photon wifi installed on my comp. it came on nice. then all hell broke loose. 3 minutes of internet then nothing. Every single day and night I tried connecting but nothing. Several calls to the C Care said the same stuff " sorry for the inconvenience"
After a fortnight a person from tata calls asks for the complaint no etc. Says that the problem will soon be resolved. No way. Nothing. Waited in desperation in frustration. I took this for nearly two months then, I lost my cool.
Met the superior officer explained again that their device does not work. He said he would send over their engineer who would take care of the problem. The engineer came after a week used the data card on his comp and told me in no uncertain terms that this is a defective piece. Horrible people.
Finally for the very last time I spoke with the C Care person told him to replace the defective device, he very sweetly sarcastic, said " you should have told us earlier"!
How in the hell was I suppose to know that their device(data card) was defective until their own engineer said so? As soon as the engineer told me the data card was defective I cancelled my account and then asked the Tata C Care to deactivate my account. They said but you will have to pay the bill for the entire month Wow! this one sure floored me, I got purple in rage went straight to the Consumer court where I had this "Case" on for ages.
Tata did not give in an inch. no budging this one the rock of Gibraltar.etc I am afraid I cannot allow myself to condone, any kind of excuse Tata has.

The one that is inviolate is TATA’S POLICIES they threw it in my face, yes.

I was constrained to write this here at mouthshut because there should be awareness of such horrifying malpractices, the utter disregard of the common man’s rights the usage of small print that defies detection, making a policy that can stand on its own. it is above the Law.
Why?
