MCheating is the last thing expected from a TATA group but I have firm belief that they have started doing that as well like most of the other Indian service providers. I was a happy user of Vodafone broadband but it was expensive(Rs. 1500 for 8 GB). I went to DOCOMO’s Fort, Mumbai show room and asked for an alternative.
The salesman proudly said that "Sir our Photon Max gives around 9 MBPS and you can get 25 GB for Rs. 1499/-. I fell into the trap and bought the device for a little less than Rs. 3, 000/-. I was shocked to note that the speed that I am getting is around 1 MBPS, sometimes less than 1 MBPS and never exceeds 2 MBPS.
I have made 3 complaints but nothing happens. Their engineer would come, see the speed and tell me that I would report the matter to concerned persons. And after some time the complaint would be closed without the resolution. This is the state of affairs in a TATA company now.they have stooped to this level now.
