I was previously using MTS connection & after not being so satisfied with it, I opted for Tata Docomo Photon w3G wi-fi connection(did not mind spending 2k for a new connection, as I was expecting that I would get a wonderful service).
But my expectations were bogged down after getting the new connection. It was 3G, but was actually slower than the the 2G connection of MTS. Morever, there were regular outages. In the day, on most of the days when I was on leave or tried to work from home, the connection was down. I tried to call the customer care, but I saw that a lot of times the representatives pick the call & hang up.
So, I was utterly depressed with this tata photon 3G max wi fi, that I actually threw the dongle into my house walls & broke it, it deserves it, I am actually thinking of going back to my original MTS connection(which in the meantime has sent me legal notice that I hadnot paid 2 months bill & they would file a case against me), although, I feel it would be better than Tata docomo 3G wifi. Let’s see.
