I am a subscriber of Tatasky for almost last 7 years. My a/c no is 1015359274. In fact I recommended others to buy Tatasky. But, off late my Set-top box is giving a problem and shutting down in almost every 10 min. I logged a call on 17th Mar15 and followed up regularly till 22nd Mar but no service is provided till date.
As world cup cricket is in progress, I requested repeatedly but with no result. Every time I call, I am told it will be done tomorrow. Once their engineer called in the morning and did not turn up till next day and even disconnected call abruptly.
If this is the service given to a 7 year old customer, then what would be the case for a new customer?
I condemn this pathetic & below par service from Tatasky and would like to warn other existing & prospective customers to be aware of this.
Govt should introduce portability in DTH sector also so that the service providers cannot take us for a ride and customer should be able to move to a different provider using the same existing equipment ensuring customers money spent is safe.
