My Tata Subscriber ID is 10226790111, i am having Tata sky connection since last three years, In the month of jan’12 my set top box stop working, i called up Tata sky helpline to resolve it.one first instance their customer service boy said Tata sky will replace set top box with new one with charge of Rs. 350 to my account.I accepted but they installed old repaired one set top box.I Complained but they didnt listened.after weeks time I observed long processing time.after so many complaints they again changed set top box with another repaired set top box.Now after two months that set top box again stopped working.
I complained to Tata Sky they replaced it with again repaired box and which has long processing time.Since then I am complaint Tata sky to resolve the issue but they are not bothered to resolve the issue they have now routine of taking complaints and making it closed without resolution.hence I would never recommend Tata Sky to any one.dont buy Tata sky.
They are frauds, they replace set top box with repaired one and charges Rs. 350 so that replaced one will work for three months and after three months Tata Sky will have another chance to earn money because it again stop working and client will be charges again by Rs.350...so don’t buy TataSky.
