When TATA sky dth services was introduced for the first time ever, all their packages and their customer care services were remarkably commendable. I had it installed back then, when it was newly providing its services.Watching TV was so fun and every time I reached back home I would sit on my couch with pop corns and watch HD movies that i’d subscribe, for a reasonably affordable price. But now, whenever I recharge for HD channels all over again I feel a huge damage to my pocket plus the customer services are not very much effective as it used to be.
They come and charge for every little things.
Tata Sky ltd is totally degrading in providing its services as far as i’ve experienced.
