Service has deteriorated.

Had been using tata sky since last 1 year. Lately the quality of service offerings have reduced drastically.


Did a semi annual recharge. lately some channels(Sony and their affiliated channels) are missing. you now need to pay 25/- additionally per month. Then why do you take(half) yearly payments, if you cant honor the commitments for the selected package during allocated duration.


Also you call their toll free number, the estimated wait time is always 9 mins. even after waiting for 15 mins the message still is always 9 mins. not 1 min more not 1 min less.
