Cheater Tata Sky, Poor customer "service" ?

I purchased Tata Sky connection on 02-10-2011 at Rs.2799 by calling Tata Sky IVR number and transacting online by paying through credit card.  I was told that it was secure and the promised delivery over phone is recorded.  I trusted them because Tata WAS big name for me.


From the very beginning, I started facing problems, the IVR operated deducted entire money 1st despite I had opted for EMI scheme.  He reverted the transaction later and again booked using EMI option.  Rs.2799 included Box+Installation+[B]Activation[/B]+2 months of Grand Sports+2 Regional channel + Rs.100 credit which can be used for Showcase movies.


[B]Initial Problem[/B]: the connection did not get "Activated" toward which Rs.200 was paid already as a part of Rs.2799.  After 2 days of waiting I recharged it at local store on 05-10-2011, then the services got activated instantly.  When this case was taken up with Tata Sky support, the said it was back-end issue.  I had to suffer due to their internal process and problems.  It was told to me that the earlier Rs.200 or last Rs.200 either of them will be credited to my account after looking at my case.  After lot of calls (worth Rs.140 to Rs.150) to tata sky support line, they finally credit Rs.200 to my account on 17-10-2011 and I had balance of Rs.300 which was finally okay.


[B]Current Problem[/B]: Now on16-12-2011, they have debited Rs.200 from my account abruptly without any kind of communication and reason with description of "reversal".   Again the horrorific round of telephones to Tata Sky support is done but they are not supporting and are delaying the matter costing me the phone call bills which is now more that Rs.200.


I want to file complaint against "Tata Sky" for


1) financial mishandling of customer accounts by debiting Rs.200 in-indiscriminately


2) causing mental harassment and stress by sending disconnection SMS to by registered mobile number due to deduction from their end


3) I want to disconnect Tata Sky now and want full or partial refund for the equipment and services that I purchased from them
