I shifted from rel big tv to tata sky but in spite of following them on chst, emails, phones they did not listened me and asking only to pay money. They are sending mails and when I reply same it gets failure /bounce. they did not change lower rate package as suggests in spite of my more then 15 mails. My channels were stopped by tata sky due to additional demand which I don’t want to give as this was followed since more then 1 and half months.
Neither their any support to cancel additional channels if you start once after their repeated follow up. Now I am without tv news due to this frustration full harassment . also their no body senior through net whom u could try.
