Watching Tata sky was really a wonderful experiance in past, but know it is really bad. first of all there helpline no is always busy, technical response of executive is very poor, & if they transfer call to seniors, there technical & commercial know how is zero.
Incident is like this on my tata sky service of certain channels is not coming, some channels are coming with bad reception, I had called to there call center many times, after four, five attempt, I was able to talk them, they had started online solving my problem but all vain. they assured me for sending technical staff to my house, but they didn’t send . again I call them & now they are demanding 350 Rs. charge for visit, Their senior staff don’t know the exact amount of visit & AMC charges. I think TATA SKY is a black spot on the generation old goodwill of TATA.
PLZ, Plz, don’t go with tata sky
