TataSky has the worst customer service ever. They are frauds and offer no technical assistance what so ever. My set-up box had some technical issues after which I called the helpline. The customer care representatives assured me that they have forwarded my complaint and the technician will call me back. The technician never called. I called the customer care service each day for 7 seven days at a stretch, but all they did was lie on my face and kept telling me the technician will give me a call. Even after recharging a hefty amount in my TataSky account, the entire money was a waste as TataSky did not send any technical help. Those thieves did not even refund my recharge amount. Please don’t take TataSky, there customer care representatives are pathological liars and don’t work at all. TataSky employees are paid for simply spreading fake information and harassing their customers. Instead, go for DishTV or your local cable channels. TataSky is a scam company and earns its revenue by ripping people off their hard-earned money. Stay away from this hoax service provider!
