I am using Tata sky from last 1 year (and I am totally unhappy with there service)... Now I am feeling that I am blocked in there service. and I have left no any other option then using Tata sky service.
*1st Reason.** As there service is so costly and they have began to make separate packages for every channels...
And you have to buy that whole package to watch a particular channel. For this reason I thought that I should change the Tata Sky service ... and I will go for BIG TV or Dish TV.
But I can’t do that ...as I have purchased there Digicom for RS 4, 000/- and they can’t take it back (as they are unable to find any new customers for there service). So if I have to change the provider then I have to scrap the Digicom (and Rs 4, 000) and then I have to buy new digicom of other service provider.
*2nd Reason.** From the time I started using Tata Sky, on some channels there is some kind of disturbing sound and so that I can’t hear proper sound for that channel. So med a compliant for that but there executive told me that if there Technician visits my place then I will be charged RS 350/- but I don’t know why should I pay RS 350/- for there fault. So you have to pay for your fault and there faults Tata Sky will charge for every thing.
