I opted an STB for HD viewing but somehow booked a regular connection on line.(I dont understand the rational behind having a regular STB there days while every LED/LCD is equipped with HD) After multiple wait times, extended for hours to reach Customer service, I got to understand that I would have to recharge my subscriber ID 1154833287, with an additional 250.
Once done, I was contacting the local dealer and they are helpless in activating the connection, as there is no work order associated with my subscriber ID.
While I stay on calls with customer care for several hours, hardly I am connected to a personnel and once connected, they give assurance that it will be done. The turn around time is something of a nightmare which if I would have known would have gone with a competitor Videocon much used by the locals here.
