I am user of tatasky+HD from last 8 years, prior it was only tatasky. It is surprising that after getting so much of popularity the services had went down like anything.
1st Exp: for one wire changing I have to wait for 9 days and that to calling CCS many times.
2nd Exp: My package got changed without my notice or without my request or information. One fine day I switched on the TV and surprise to see that all my lovely channals are down and when I called CCE they informed my package has changed, when I asked how? I havn’t requested So? the reply was "its subject to verificaton and then only we can put your previous package"
3rd Exp: Tatasky engineers; cant belive how rude they are, will think that they work for bill gates.
4th Exp: Dealers in my area he will always says "go to hell" dont care if you complain also.
