I ordered a service of my D2h due to non viewing of channel. The service agent came
andreplaced the set top box. He took 500 from my parents who are senior citizens without giving any receipt. I was also debited 400 from my tata account. Now I am running pillar and post to get refund. If they can charge money from you who knows what else they can do to the senior citizens.
