I have bought tata sky connection in september. I subscribed to super saver pack which gave me all the channels at the cost of Rs.300/- per month. but in november suddenly I came to know that tata sky has excluded neo sports and also the active sports from the number of channels. when I called their customer care the reply was normal as if now you are trapped and we are going to enjoy you.
She reported the problem but told me that we cannot give you feedback on what will be the solution. she told me to write a mail to their heldesk but I dont know wether they will bother about it. I feel that the cable connection was great as he used to take fixed amount and he used to dhow all channels. these corporates are fooling around and enjoying the benifit because of the government regulations.
