I use tata sky and I really dont like the picture quality. it is necessary to buy the package of hd channels to see the better quality because ordinary channels are really pathetic . the picture quality is worse and even the sound quality is average.
service and support is average they hear to the problems and also provide the solution but in rain the network is reaaly poor. the hd package are really expensive and normal package is of bad quality. we doesn’t get value of money paid for the service
