I don’t have words to explain the professionalism and the promptnessthat the tatasky service team has shown for shifting my connection(within Bangalore).
I had called up tatasky to register for the shifting of the equipment. Theservice center number took up my request and mentioned that I will get a callin 24 hours to confirm the shifting time.
As promised with 3-4 hours I received a call from the Bangalore office and checked what the convenienttime was to do the shifting. I mentioned the next day evening. He informed thatby around 4 the technician will come and they will do the shifting.
Next day morning I received an SMS from tatasky mentioning that at 4.20PM the technician will be at my location.
And to all my surprise by 3.45 PM the technician called and informed that he onthe way to my house. He was there at my house at sharp 4.20 PM.(I was lateactually and he had to wait for 10 minutes).
And in one hour time, he did everything, just everything so perfectly and gotthe form signed and went. No tips, no unwanted questions.
Just amazing service. I really wondered, how well the service industry hasmatured in India.
