I am one of the old customers of Tata Sky and had recenty upgraded to Tata Sky Plus. It’s very hard to describe how program veiwing has changed! It’s become very comfortable and yes entertaining as I don’t miss my favourite programs or movies! All my family members were a bit amused on the technology but now they have thier own ’series link’ on their favourite programs.
Earlier before upgrade, I used to switch channels to see a good program, view my favourite program/ movie from middle or after the program started but now I know what’s happening especially on Reality Shows "Perfect Bride and many other" and yeah I record Cricket and other Sports events.
These days people at home are more relaxed and enjoying Tata Sky Plus to the fullest. We all know and repect brand ‘TATA’ but intially there was a bit hicups with Tata Sky not any more. Their customer service and service department are proffesinal enough and I don’t regret I compromised on service! But at times I feel executives at the helpline are not very professinal at their approach but from Bangalore Back Office their excellent!These were my point of veiw and it may differ from your experience or others.
