I have used TATASKY for several months . But now I am using another DTH operator. I have rated it 3 stars because
of the offers and variety of packs available . It allowed me to chose from a number of packs. It has chosen Saturday as a special day as it alaways launches a spectacular offer on that day.
Coming to picture and sound quality, the picture and the sond quality is good as it offers an option for SD or HD. The people who have a CRT TV can use SD box and a person with LED or LCD can use HD box . The sound is also fine which has a high amplitude and which is easily audible.
The servises are Average . At the time when I changed my home I called them to come and replace or relocate it, but they came 7 days later . ON the other hand the support they provide is good. As it has a help option for any kind of support and also website which has a easy interface. The reason why I changed my operator is that the box stops working even when there are clouds or very little rain.
At the end I may conclude that I wasted the money on buying that DTH . And I prefer you to buy any other operator
