Got Tata Sky few days back, seeing an online offer with some channel packages and movies free for 2 months. For buying I called customer care to confirm this offer and they confirmed gladly. Now, when I got that package (after a tiresome job of getting it installed, different story) , Customer Service is saying I am not eligible for it!! They are cheats and frauds. While selling the package they were all over the offers.
Customer service don’t listen and keep on blabbering same things again and again. They keep your
call on hold and never come back.
Worst service and do not trust tata sky at all. Given 1 star, that too I can’t take away or reduce their stars. 10 stars from my side.
