I’m among one of the victims of TATA SKY. I booked my TATA Sky connection on 4th of Jan’08 and given all payments by ICICI card. The executive over there promised me to deliver the connection with in 48hrs.Since then I didn’t received any call from there side, although I did so many follow ups & wasted my money on calling Unprofessional peoples. THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE HARDWARE TILL DATE(15TH JAN’08).
Moreover when I asked about the cancellation for the product & refund my money then they said it will take 15 days. I don’t understand when TATA SKY deducts my money at same instance then why should they take so much time to refund my money.
My advice to all reader.Please don’t go for TATA sky connection as they are not professional to be stick on their commitments. They people just torture their customer.They just fooling around people.
