This is on Tata Sky Showcase. We subscribed for the movie Ishqiya on the 16th of March. What we got was extremely bad reception and por picture quality i.e breaks and stops and not a continues film.
We called the Tata Sky help number. Kindly note that all our other channels are working properly. As per the executive this is a problem that cannot be solved and also the money cannot be refunded. What sort of an answer is this?? Think this is daylight robbery. Is this how Tata Sky makes its profits by duping its customers?. Also the executives need to be trained for better answers.
Think tata sky can afford to hire a bit of skill at their end.
