I purchased a tatasky plus connection on 7thdec and after 2 days I received a message that 200 has been deducted from my a/c because of non std installation.however please note at the time of installation no body told me that it is more that 20 mt of cable and I will be charged non std installation cost 200rs.second thing is when I raised the complaint customer care people told me they will get back to me regarding this issue. Then when I inquired about issue on 12/12/2008 evening.
Customer care people told I have received at 11:47 am in the morning and they have explained me everything and issue is closed. Here I want to tell you that I didn’t received any call from your side for which I can proofs of by telephone bills which can clearly state that I didn’t received any calls from your side.and third thing is for regular tatasky box tatasky provides 20 mt cable as std installation but for tatasky plus you provide 10+10 mt cable only because it requires 2 parallel cables. These things should be informed to customer well before instalment so that customer knows he can actually extend his cable for 10 mts only because of two cable requirement.
