I have been a Tata sky user for a very long time. I have attached the picture of my dish TV for proof. My user id is 1023247659( one zero two three two four seven six five nine) .
Now a days, I’m not satisfied with their service. The picture quality is not good and also the rate is very high.
They have been increasing the price in double for every year and the service they provide is not worth the money I paid for.
During the rainy season, the connection will be totally out and I try to contact the customer care they won’t respond well.
I got really upset with them for their poor service.
The picture quality and sound quality started getting worse and I don’t know what to do with them.
I would say that Tata Sky DTH is totally not value for money. I recommend you people not to subscribe for Tata sky DTH. Opt for someother DTH.
