I recharged my Tatasky setup box through HDFC payzapp. As per HDFC they have provided the internal transaction number. Tatasky initial response:

After 48 hrs, we have taken all the details and forwarded to back end team. Job will be done in next 4 hrs.
After 72 hrs, called again. Reply: it takes 7 working days:(
Requested to transfer to Senior.- Cannot route him now. He will give you a call tomorrow morning after 10:00 AM
Finally Gagan singh comes on line(Manager). He is also blank and gives a date after 3 days to respond.
These shameless unprofessional creatures thinks everyone who has a sky connection can devote any number of hours and enjoy there inefficiencies.
Instead of raising the price of product, tatasky should focus on improving the efficiency. This will bring down the cost.
