Tata Sky fools its customers

Guys, u got to read this, if u think Tata Sky would live up

to the expectations of the TATA flagship we all knew and were proud of, at one

point. I went to buy a Dish TV on the 27th of Dec at 18:00 hours, 2006 wherein

the dealer( DK Show) instigated me to buy Tata sky as it would come free to

me for 6 months without any rental. I went for it, without realizing that I did

a huge blunder.

2 days back I got a message on my TV screen that my subscription is about to

expire and I was zapped. After contacting the helpline I was told that SOMEONE

had called up Tata sky and in their records, the installation has happened on

27th and the scheme was valid from 28th. When I told them that the installation report that I have signed clearly

state that it happened on 28th, they simply said that they would believe what

the system says and not the customers report.

I contacted the dealer, the dealer accepts the fault and the only thing that he

could extend is "sorry".

I would like to tell tata through this medium that they should stop

playing these kind of silly games with customers, and should deploy some

ethics. I would also like to warn all the people who plan to avail tata

services/products as it is company wherin they do not believe in the papers

that they have given along with the product/service, but a phonecall that has

been made by someone who is not even identified, is taken as an undisputed and unchallengeable

evidence
