My connection was off for about 4 days. I made a call everyday requesting for their agent to come and get it fixed but nobody came in with in 4 days even after the commitment of the manager(sonu)
He was so rude to me and was communicating in haryanvi(kaund se customer eeh!)like that and after the guy came in to my home on, 6th day he charged me for 200 rs stating aapka yeh kharab h vo kharab h it’s been a month n I just don’t understand how it can be kharab n all.
And this is totally ridiculous after paying 570 every month I hv to pay 200 rs extra to these people for no reason. I believe it’s ridiculous and they provide worst customer service even managers over their does not know how to talk to the client.
Disappointed!
