We wanted to book the HD Set Off Box with a scheme of of all HD Channels complimentary for one year which included four free HD show case per month for one year as seen on the WEB.
In the mean time, as some clarifications were required we contacted the Help line. The person on the helpline said he will do the booking and we can avail the same scheme as detailed above.
So the payment was made thru the WEB as required after cross checking with the Help line of TATA SKY.
Now to our utter shock and dismay we were told that the above scheme is not available to us as we have not booked thru the WEB.No
We contacted TATASKY several times for activation and every time we were put on hold for almost more than 25-30 minutes for one or another reason and the activation happened after almost a month with out any Free Showcase Movies as promised.
When we contacted the TATASKY help line several times we were told that this scheme is not available to us as we have not booked on the WEB.
BEWARE: Not necessarily all big names are honest.
