All I want to do is recharge my account - which very annoyingly keeps getting cut off, rather than e.g. getting a monthly bill to pay. But can I recharge it? Absolutely not.
The most ridiculously convoluted system (either on-line or by phone) for making payments I have ever come across. And customer service is just useless - they either put me back into the same tele-payment system - which doesnt work - or I get cut off. Waste of bloody time.
