Last 30 days tata sky channels are horribly malfunctioning. In fact most of the channels are shut down. They have closed down their help lines and asking people to register complaints viamissed calls. Despite several missed call complaints no engineer has so far come its been almost a month and they are now asking to recharge the account despite the fault.
This is being done under the so calledsystem upgrade and all our complaints have fallen into deaf years . This is a gross violation of consumer rights and if this is not a fraudulent practice, what is?
I have all the sms consoling messages and till day my both tata sky connections are down and i am made to still pay for it! Please help.
