can any one help me out ....as I am having tata sky connection along with dish tv connection. but my tata sky services are getting worse day by day.....first...it will not work in rains...signals goes off. Secondly, channels were quuite less in TATA SKY and above all they further off 13 channels. thirdly the telecast and picture quality of ZEE channels are inferior to other channels.they are just more concerned about star network channels as TATA Sky were backed by Star network..................

What should I do now. I am fed of calling customer care but they won’t respond properly at all. Even they dont know what to respond and to solve customer problem they were just telling there own stories.fourthly, upon contacting to dealer they will say asked to company or call customer care. A poor service provided by them.
Please help me and guide me what to do .
