Please do not even consider getting TATA Sky for your home - as pro active as they might be in promoting their so-called "super brand", if you ever need anything from them after you have made the mistake of purchasing their service, you will never ever get it. Getting a connection re-located within Mumbai has been such a nightmare (and it is still not done btw) that I have decided to get it disconnected. I have never been this harassed by a service provider. Their executives and engineers are nincompoops who do not know what professionalism or efficiency is. I wouldn’t give it even a below average rating. I regret the day I got this service thinking it is Tata.
