I’ve been using Tata Sky since the day it started in India (2006). I was using Sky Connection in UK and thats the reason why I blindly went for Tata Sky (Infact the STB Remote which tata sky provides is the same version in UK). The quality of picture is awesome and can never be compared with any other service providers. Believe me, if you are using it with LCD/LED/PLASMA you will love to see it. The online facility provided by tata sky is simply superb. The moment you recharge your account in online, it gets reflected in a seconds. And activating addon packages or channels are as simple.
Just a single sms or a phone call will do the job. Only problem which is see is deactivating the addon package or channels. I need to call the Call centerevery timeto deactivate. It would be great if this option is available in online.
Now I have opted for Tatasky HD and got that installed in a day. I purchased it yesterday evening at 8:00 PM (3rd Jul 2010) and got installed today at 12:00 Noon (4th Jul). This proves their commitment.
I would strongly recommend the existing customers to continue with tatasky and people who are looking for DTH Connections, you can subscribe with tatasky and enjoy your home entertainment.
