Please review this carefully before you subscribe for TATA SKY DTH connection.
Im subscriber of this connection. Recently I had issues with the connection & I noticed a prompt to give missed call and engineer will fix connection problem faced by subscriber free of cost.
Engineer did came to my place and the issue was fixed with the charge of Rs/- 170. I had to wait 18 days for this issue to get fixed.
Please refer the below my experience with tata sky.
Upgradation is not free their is fee of RS/ 170 per engineer visit & you have to beg for it.
You get message at 11.45 pm that connection fees is due and after 12.00 pm next days service will get stop if recharge is not done with reconnection fee of Rs 10.
3. Chat agent is not authorised to reveal managers name infact they proactively suggest Nodal escalation.
Best part Nodal officer put your e-mail in junk and spam as you dont get response.
No Signal NO: 1504023748879? service request raised for the concern( 1-38547994568? and 1-38711014503?)
Till date no resolution, no courtesy call & nodal number is not reachable due to congestion problem
You will not get compensation for the days their was no signal
Before you opt for this connection please make sure you review competitors service.
