I have not been receiving signal since last week of March, its been almost 2 weeks now. Their customer service is impossible to contact and when once in 10 days I did manage to contact them after a 30 minute wait time, the CSR was rude and clueless.
To top everything, they are STILL charging me for the privilege of watching a BLANK SCREEN - PATHETIC SERVICE! I am switching to a different provider but not before I get a refund for the past month.
