Very Bad service in name of upgradation no one is ready to fix the issues. From tha last month after recharge my Package not able to see any TV channels. No signal is there. After take follow up with customer care for more than 10 time in a last 20 days every time I heard today will send technician but no one is there.
To contact customer care you have to hold for 20 -30 min. this kind of service they are providing to users. I am very disappointed with this kind of service. I request who having plan for Tata Sky don’t go for this its better you can go for local cable operator who can give you reliable service.
