Being one of the foremost subscriber of Tata sky, now I am repenting for having been a patron of the same.
I had complained regarding service interruption of Set max channel for two days when the T 20-20 match was on and your customer service lines on that day were fully jammed/ engaged.
Your senior service executive had called me yesterday and she could not take decisions regarding compensating me for the entertainment I could have never missed nor sending your service technician to my residence for troubleshooting free of cost. When it was needed most that time tata sky failed and I had to face the violent clashes at home.
All because of on the 23 may when RCB was in semi finals the set max channel was not coming as signal was not there and other channels were fine. Many number of calls to the customer service was futile as lines are jammed.
Now since I faced some intrruptions during the final on sunday also on the same chnnel I have decided to cancel my membership with immediate effect. I appreciate your crediting me the balance amount as well as the value of the decoder box which you can pick it up from my residence. Pl act immideately as I never expected this poor service from a company as reputed as Tatas.
Consider this as my notice for me taking this matter to the consumer court. Copy of the detailed events has also been furnished to TRAI for suitable action. I shall take this matter to the numerous web forums of intellects for the benefit of the people.
