I live in Chennai and using TATA Sky for last 3.5 years the recent responses from the CC service and the local touch support is really annoying. My TATA Sky STB has stopped working for which I have raised a request with CC it has been 4 days now and there is no response also they are closing the Work Order number without confirming with me.
When I called CC to know the reason for the WO# Closure they are said it is closed by stating that Costumer (I) has requested for other date to process the request.for my 1 request I am having 4 different request WO # now each with 3 time rescheduled a day.
Now I have made my mind to switch to other service provider but while looking into other reviews it looks same for all other service providers too. there needs to be a strong regulatory for them.
