Today I am going to review a cable service provider TATA SKY. We purchased this product thinking that we will be getting amazing picture quality and other services but I have to say that purchasing it was a hassle. The place where we bought it is Pauri and the service of TATA at that place is not at all good. The shop keeper used to say that we will only sell this product but you have to pay for installation charges. Are you serious? All the shopkeepers are like this. Now talking about the picture quality it is not good at all may be because of the remote place but when TATA is selling some product and claiming HD quality picture then they must cover all areas across India. The sound quality is also not good. I hope we will get HD quality we purchased HD setup box but the result was same. We are still getting normal picture. Coming to service and support it is same as for the other products of TATA which we bought. Customer care will say that we are sending a service engineer but even after 10-15 days no service engineer comes. Since we have spent lot of money for getting HD quality and still not getting one. I would say it is not worth your money.
