Tata Sky new connnection very poor service

Two days before I call Tata Sky. I talked from my cell about 32 min and paid new connection amount using my credit card. They offer me one month free subscription and 4 moves if I paid through credit card. I agree and paid online. Within 4 hours a person from tata sky came and install hardware at my Home. Very Good.


Second day I got phonecall from my KIDs that service has been stopped.


I made call to customer care. They told me I don’t have such facility and I have to rechage my connection for Rs200.00 I explain them the scheme is available online then again after holding call so many times they agree to work on it but within 72 hours. This call last for 27 min from my cell.


Next day again I call and got the inforamtion that person who came for hardware fixing has registered me as his client. And tata sky will give me one month suscription no free movies but after 72 hours and again call last for 18 min. and also these 3 days(72 hours) are calaulated in one month period. In this process I don’t know how much days I will loose.


Till date my connection is not activated.

Now I have decided that if they don’t want to work on it I will choose another service but I will not recharge my account.


Think befor you go for tata Sky.
