Tata Sky SMSd me suggesting I change the box to get better reception.I was told that box is free with one month warranty. Immediately after replacement I noticed quality problem and informed Tata Sky. They promised to send a person to check.The executive said box is giving poor signal and needs to be replaced. When I informed Tata Sky they said I need to pay Rs 1000 for the 2 boxes. I kept on reminding them to do it free of cost.
Yesterday their man came and changed the boxes and took my signature and assured that he will tell his manager not to charge me. To my utter shock I received an SMS saying that I need to pay 1000 or else my connection will be withdrawn. Their customer care number is useless since you can not reach any one to complain or take help.
