I just noticed, why the Tata sky stopped the adv. which showed how their customer service was best. Thats because they are not providing any customer service at all.
I am premiere club customer of Tata sky and have been a customer of tatasky from 2008.
This is the second time in the month I am having no signal issue.
On March 12th I have complained the same and there was no response but some how thankfully the issue resolved itself after 2 days. But the person from Tata sky called me after 2 weeks asking if the issue is resolved just because he was in the Area.
Again on April 6th I had the same issue and hoping that they will respond faster this time(coz they said they are upgrading the software) I messaged the NS to 56633. Today is 10th and the Person called me at 4:30 saying that he is in the area, even though I was getting message that they will fix the appointment. When I asked him to come around 6:00 since I was in office, he says the office timing is 5 PM only.
Really, the customer service has dropped like hell and charges are going on increasing. Even though I paid for Anual mega pack, if any new channel is added we have to pay it as ala carte.
On top of this there is no toll free no. to call the customer. I waited 15 min on phone to complain and hung up since there was no response.
Seriously, if you dont have enough resources to support dont upgrade.
I am seriously planning to move to other DTH providers once my Annual package is finished, earlier if they can refund that amount.
Any new customer trying to opt for Tatasky. Dont.!
