Tata Sky is a very popular DTH operator in India. Tata Sky is known for their excellent customer support. I am using tata sky from 2 months and the experience with tata sky is pretty good. I also have a airtel digital tv connection which is also good. I choose 1 year pack which cost me around 3600 rupees. In this pack tata sky provide me dhamaal mix pack with 20 hd channels.
This is a very good deal at a price of 3600 only and we don’t need to pay hd access fee because it is included in price. I am using it with my 32 inches hd led tv and the picture quality is good but not good as airtel. Sometimes picture comes pixelated. The sound quality is great. The user interface of tata sky is very good and the remote is very user friendly. The customer support is good and we can do chat with them online. Tata sky is very costly in terms of monthly plan. The hd access fee is also high than other operators. But one year plan of tata sky is best. I will suggest that if u want to take tata sky than go for one year plan because it’s very cheap.
