I am amazed by the fast and efficient service of the company. After more than three year’s use, my remote started to malfunction one day (that was Sunday). I phoned their call-center about it, I was assured that within the next 24 hours, my remote would be replaced with a new one (it would cost me Rs.350/-). But within a few minutes, I received a SMS that their service-engineer would be visiting me in about one hour with my remote. The said man did visit me as promised.
But the story does not end here. He checked my TV with the new remote, and without any prompting from me, asked me to guide him to the roof of my house, in spite of the scorching sun, and there he fine tuned the inclination of the disc with the help of his meter. Only after coming downstairs, he told me that he found the signal strength received by my TV some-what down and so he readjusted it. But I was completely unaware about it, till then.
